Cancellation
Subscription and trial cancellation arrangements proposed for the paid HireWaypoint service.
Preview status: No paid subscriptions can currently be purchased or cancelled because billing is not active.
When the service launches
Customers are intended to be able to manage and cancel their subscription online using a secure account billing portal. They should not have to telephone or send unsolicited messages to cancel. We intend to let customers cancel future renewals at any time, with already-paid access generally remaining available until the end of the current billing period.
14-day trial
A 14-day no-card trial is planned. If launched in that form, it would expire without a charge unless the employer separately signs up for a paid plan. The precise trial terms will be shown before sign-up.
Refunds and account data
Cancellation does not itself constitute a refund request. See our refund information. Before launch, we must specify export availability, retention, deletion options and the status of data after cancellation.
Final, legally reviewed terms will be published before live billing.
